Most people who know me, know that I have been talking about getting a dog for over a year now. They also know that since I applied and put the deposit down in November, I have talked of nothing else except my PUPPY (eek)!! And in 12 days from today at 11am, I am going to be picking up my puppy and bringing her home. I can’t think of a time when I’ve been this excited for anything! I’m going to have my very own dog and let me tell you, between me and my mom, this dog will be spoiled rotten.
The way this breeder works is that you request an application and through that application you tell them the type of dog you want in terms of size, color, coat, and personality. Using this information they observe the puppies for the 8 weeks and match the puppy to the family. This way, they know that the puppy is a good match for the family. I think this is great because just visiting for an hour, I may not see each puppy at its best. Because of this though, I don’t know which puppy will be mine. The breeder has sent a video and some pictures and with this, my family has started to take bets on which puppy will be mine. And so, now it is your turn!
