The last milestone session of this set of three was definitely the best of them all! In Hadley’s first session she was only 6 months old and was a doll baby! I’m serious though, she had this perfect porcelain skin and eyes that just sparkled instantly. Her second session was back in October and was when I got the first real glimpse at her personality. While she was more interactive in the second session then the first, reaching out to let me hold her, smiling at everything and looking adorable as a ladybug, this third session was the most fun because she is so mobile! She is walking and is responsive to direction, she wants to roam around and explore, observe her surroundings and just giggle the day away! Plus, in the time between the second and third milestone session she got glasses! The cutest little baby glasses! I died a little it was so cute!
This session was also really relaxing because it was our third time together, we stayed at their home and were able to take our time. It’s so fun when the kids start to be mobile because the range of images expands from posed images in specific locations to really trying to capture their personalities and how they interact with their surroundings. Plus it’s so cute how clumsy they are. Hadley has this precious way of crawling where she drags one of her legs as she goes. She looked like a little pirate crossing the deck as she moved along, Catie and Jud call it her stanky leg moves and it’s so cute!
I’m loving these images and especially love looking back over the past two milestones (check them out here and here) to compare and see how much she’s grown! These are probably my favorite though, especially the ones of her crazy little facial expressions… see the one with her tongue sticking out, I love it!
Catie and Jud, I had a blast with our new photography tricks (girl scout cookies were a big hit, thanks!) and getting to visit in your precious house! Thanks for another fun filled session, I’m so looking forward to many more to come!
I love the image below! Look how much she just loves her dad!
Checking out her dog, Hershey! I love how responsive and interactive kids are at this age.
I just can’t get enough of how cute her glasses are!!!
The image below is my FAVORITE! Consider me weird but I just love it!
