Yup, you’re reading that right. Those Christmas Mini’s from oh you know NOVEMBER, are finally making their way to the blog. Not because it took me this long to edit them, that would be counterintuitive, but because of the blog funk of ’16-’17.
These images from the Minis are too beautiful to not share so we’re going to have a fall flashback and reminisce about those gorgeous fall colors and these precious families. This a three part series with 6 families total, two per post. Today you’re going to get to see the Collier family and the Henry family!
The Colliers you have seen before when I took Maggie’s one year photos. I LOVE this family as Becky has become a good friend of mine at work and someone I can always count on to be there for me. I’ve gone to her countless times over the past few years crying and needing a supportive friend and she has always been there listening, oh and with snacks. There is no better way to cry off stress and disappointment than with a good friend and snacks.
The Henry family is equally wonderful because Anne is a camp girl and I’ve known her for years. This was the first time though that I got to officially meet her husband and little girl. Anne and her husband by the way ran the 1/2 marathon just a few hours before this session. No lie! If I had just ran a 1/2 marathon I would be in the fetal position in my bed for, oh you know, weeks. In all seriousness they rocked this session and looked gorgeous!
The mini day was a huge success complete with cupcake treats! I will definitely be doing it again next year and may even add in summer minis this upcoming June or July. Be on the look out!
